“Breath” is an original art piece created using natural pigments. The painting looks like a circle as the breath is a cycle - inhale and exhale. But as you move along the circle of the painting, no area is the same as another area. Like the breath, each one is new. Each one connected what is within us to the world outside of us. The breath also offers a connection between our mind and our body where we can use breathwork to aid our self-healing. This piece reminds us that we can always come back to the breath to find presence, connection, and healing.
