“Infinite Connections” | 12x15, framed original art

$140

Infinite Connections” is an original art piece created using natural pigments. This piece explores how deeply our lives are woven together. Nature - trees especially - can remind us that we are never separate. The roots of plants and trees expand out into the soil and intertwine, where everything connects into this ecosystem all around us. The act of breathing itself roots us into this connection. When we breathe in, we draw in what the trees offer us.  When we breathe out, we offer back what they need.

Poem meditating on “Infinite Connections”:

We do not meditate in isolation

For when we settle into ourselves

our roots expand out

taking nourishment from the soil

fed by energy around us

We stretch our branches and bloom

with the kiss of the sun and air

No, we do not meditate in isolation

when we connect with

we connect all around
