“Trust” is an original art piece created using natural pigments. The process of this painting reflects the challenges and process of…trust. Of allowing life to unfold without rushing the process. There can be so much noise - all the distractions and busy-ness of life, and the overthinking within. But if we learn to let the external and internal noise settle, the image becomes clearer. Trust is often less about knowing what will happen, and more about learning to rely on your own inner wisdom to meet whatever comes.

Unhurried, it allows

whatever to unfold to be

Patience and presence

trusting everything will

happen in its own time
