Autumn Harvest Palette

There is a magic in the autumn season. As the days shorten and the crisp air becomes chillier, this season calls for us to turn inwards, embrace a quiet contemplation, breathe in gratitude and breathe out a release of what no longer serves us.

As September gives way to October, we are greeted with the Harvest Moon. The moonlight of the Harvest Moon offers an extra brightness and light that, historically, allowed farmers to harvest crops into the night.

Even if you are not harvesting crops (kudos if you do!), the harvest time offers an inspiring time to reflect on and give gratitude to the abundances that presently fill your heart.

In quiet meditation, I’ve created color palettes inspired by the harvest season. You are invited to pause and experience these palettes to meditate on the wonders and delights of this harvest season.
